TERMS & CONDITIONS · EFFECTIVE 4 OCTOBER 2026
The website presents services coordinated by Mavka Travel Atelier under BRG Group Turizm Seyahat Acentası (TÜRSAB 8858). Some travel services are performed by identified hotels, guides, carriers, venues and other suppliers.
Submitting a form or reservation request does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when MAVKA issues confirmation after the applicable availability, guest, price and payment conditions have been satisfied.
Prices are shown in the stated currency and for the occupancy, date, room, option or service described. A price may change when the dates, guest composition, availability, taxes, exchange basis or requested services change. The price shown in the final confirmed proposal or payment request applies to the reservation.
Payment timing and method are shown for the reservation. Card information must be entered only on the secure checkout of the designated payment provider. A payment is treated as completed only after the transaction status is successfully recorded.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of the selected product, rate and supplier. Non-refundable amounts, deadlines and price differences will be communicated where applicable. Contact MAVKA promptly and include the reservation number.
The traveller is responsible for accurate guest and contact information, valid travel documents, visas, health and entry requirements, timely arrival at the agreed meeting point, and communicating any accessibility, medical or other material service need before confirmation.
Hotels, transport, tours and other services may be performed by third-party suppliers. Reasonable operational changes may be required for safety, weather, availability or circumstances outside reasonable control. MAVKA will communicate material changes and available alternatives when applicable.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with availability or copy protected content beyond uses permitted by law. Account credentials must be kept confidential.
Raise a service concern as soon as possible so it can be addressed during the journey where practical. After travel, contact info@mavkatravel.com with the reservation number and relevant details.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute will be handled under the mandatory law and competent forum applicable to the reservation and traveller.
